Chica vs Ara Healthy Eating

Our typical daily meals... And NO, we're not on "diet", we're just trying to do what our bodies deserve to have :)

Chica

07.30 Breakfast
1Slice Whole wheat bread (Sari Roti) + peanut butter + 1/2 banana
Fresh home-made Soy milk
1 tsp honey
10.00 Brunch
Gala Apple/ any kind of fruits
12.00 Lunch
Red rice + meat/fish + vegetables
15.00 Afternoon Meal
Youghurt
19.00 Dinner
Oatmeal +milk (preferably the Hi-Lo one, but full cream is also OK!) + honey
Any kind of fruits
+ Mineral water 5-7 liter/day

Ara
07.30 Breakfast
Youghurt + Kissmis
2 eggs + onion + cucumber+ toast + cheese
Hot chocolate
Apple/ orange
12.00 Lunch
Bread +cheese + tuna/ meat
Apple/ orange
19.00 Dinner
Vegetables + onion and bread+cheese
Apple/orange
Multivitamin
Plain Milk + Chocolate+ Honey
+ Mineralwater 2-3 liter/day
